| | Oak Grove Lutheran School is converting to ACH Accounts Receivable Conversion debits on checks that are received at the school. When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your checks to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
What does this mean to you as the consumer? You will not see any change from how checks used to be processed other than typically the converted check will show up on your bank statement as electronic entries rather than listed in your check summary section.

Shuttle Service
Posted: Aug 26, 08 | On the first day of school, August 27, Oak Grove WILL run its entire shuttle service. The shuttle schedule for the first day of school is:
8:00 Leave north campus
8:25 MS/HS leave south campus
8:45 Arrive north campus
3:10 Elementary leaves South campus
3:30 Arrive North Campus
3:45 MS/HS leaves North Campus
4:10 Arrives South Campus
Until construction is complete on the Darwin Gorder Gymnasium, all students riding Oak Grove’s shuttle are to gather in the Scheels Center Atrium for pick up/drop off in the morning and after school. The bus will pick up/drop off students on the sidewalk in front of the Scheels Center. |
| North Campus Parking
Posted: Aug 25, 08 | Due to construction, students and staff are asked to park in specific areas at the beginning of the school year. The football field parking lot and all spots to the east side of Jackson Hall are reserved for faulty, staff and visitors. The lot in the center of campus is currently closed due to construction. Students are to park in the Scheels Center parking lot and on North and South Terrace.
Please remember: Construction is occurring on the gymnasium; please be aware of construction vehicles and travel slowly on the street and in the parking lots. |
