Tuition Aid Program
We are pleased to offer a very good Tuition Aid Program. Nearly half of Oak Grove students benefit from this program each year, thanks to the generosity of parents, friends, alumni, churches and foundations.
Financial aid is awarded in three categories: need-based aid, merit-based scholarships and mandated discounts.
Need-based aid includes grants and work study. Parents apply for aid through the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment program.
Merit-based scholarships are competitive, awarded on the basis of achievement and involvement. They are awarded in the spring of each year for the following fall; application deadlines do apply.
Discounts are provided for families who have more than one child attending Oak Grove, as well as for families of ELCA pastors and employees of Oak Grove Lutheran School and Concordia College.
Applying for Need-Based Tuition Aid
Oak Grove Lutheran School accepts applications for tuition aid through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. All need-based tuition aid applications must be completed on-line. If a family does not have access to a computer, please contact the Business Office at 701.373.7147 or 701.373.7146 and computer access will be arranged. Please see the downloadable flyer below for information on how to apply. ($20 application fee)
NOTE: Families must reapply for tuition aid each year even if tuition aid was awarded in the past.

Tuition & Fees
Oak Grove Lutheran School sets tuition and fees each December for the following school year. Tuition and fees are based upon the program level in which a student is enrolled. Oak Grove uses FACTS Management Company to facilitate its tuition collection. All families are required to sign up for an actively managed payment plan. This service allows you to have the opportunity to pay in full, by semester or schedule monthly payments. Pay tuition in full by August 15 and receive a 2% discount.
