OAK GROVE LUTHERAN SCHOOL TUITION POLICIES
(1) October 1 and February 15 are the final days for student withdrawal for first and second semester respectively. Students who withdraw before those dates shall have their tuition pro-rated for the semester. Students who withdraw after that date shall pay the full tuition for the semester. If a student enrolls after October 1 or February 15 and withdraws before 30 calendar days of the date they enrolled, tuition will be pro-rated for the semester. If a student withdraws after the 30 calendar days, they shall pay for the remainder of the semester.
(2) Students who take an extended leave during a semester for family vacations, illness, etc., shall not have their tuition reduced unless they attend less than one month of school during the semester. Then tuition will be reduced by 50% for the days which they did not attend.
