Who are Community Partners?
Community Partners are business donors who provide significant support to the annual budget of Oak Grove Lutheran School.
How will my gifts be used?
Gifts to the annual fund provide necessary support where tuition dollars leave off, affecting virtually every aspect of an Oak Grove education – financial aid, academic programs, athletics, fine arts, and faculty and professional development.
What are the program benefits?
Community Partners receive exposure within a rapidly growing Oak Grove constituency through recognition in Oak Grove publications, which include sports’ programs, the Oak Grove Magazine and Grover Gram. In addition, Community Partners receive complimentary season passes to Oak Grove athletic events and invitations to special events.

Tax Credit now available to North Dakota Businesses
The 2007 North Dakota Legislature passed Senate Bill 2363 allowing North Dakota businesses a significant income tax credit for gifts to qualified (permanent, irrevocable) endowment funds of North Dakota nonprofit organizations.
This credit amounts to 40% of the value of the gift, up to an annual maximum credit of $10,000 per year, determined at the entity level. Therefore, eligible gifts totaling $25,000 per year will produce the maximum credit. Any unused credit may be carried forward for up to three additional tax years. Qualified donors will likely find that well over 50% of their gifts will be “subsidized” through State and Federal tax incentives!
Oak Grove has worked with professional counsel to establish a qualified endowment called the ‘North Dakota Tax Credit Endowment Fund’ as part of the Oak Grove Foundation. Gifts made to this endowment fund will qualify for an exciting new tax credit.
