FACTS
Oak Grove Lutheran School uses the FACTS Tuition Management Program to handle payment plans. If you pay your tuition through FACTS Tuition Management, you can check on the status of your account, the schedule of payments still to be made, a listing of those payments already made, and a complete listing of all activity through My FACTS Account.

Your 2015 tuition tax documentation is now available through FACTS. Log into your FACTS account and print off your 2015 tax documentation.

By simply clicking “View Printable Payments Summary” on the Payments tab, families can retrieve and print a summary of payments for the 2015 year or any other specified timeframe. Each payment summary contains the date range, family name, subaccounts, and Oak Grove’s Federal Tax ID number.

Oak Grove Lutheran School Tuition Policies

  1. October 1 and February 15 are the final days for student withdrawal for first and second semester respectively. Students who withdraw before those dates shall have their tuition pro-rated for the semester. Students who withdraw after that date shall pay the full tuition for the semester. If a student enrolls after October 1 or February 15 and withdraws before 30 calendar days of the date they enrolled, tuition will be pro-rated for the semester. If a student withdraws after the 30 calendar days, they shall pay for the remainder of the semester.
  2. Students who take an extended leave during a semester for family vacations, illness, etc., shall not have their tuition reduced unless they attend less than one month of school during the semester. Then tuition will be reduced by 50% for the days which they did not attend.
