- A registration form must be completed each school year. The disclaimer section is needed only if your child will be bringing your gift cards home.
- Fill out an order form. Total the order and enclose your payment. Checks may be made to Grover Gold.
- Your order is due on Mondays by 4:00 p.m. in the elementary or high school office. No late orders are accepted, but can be held for the next week. Orders are processed every Monday, but you do not need to place an order every week.
- Each Friday your filled order, with a new order form attached, will be available for pick-up after 8:00 a.m. Each week the new order envelope you receive will list your dollar amount earned from the week before. Orders may be picked up from the elementary or high school offices during normal office hours by you or a designated child (see #1 above). During the school year the office is open from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
- Families of Oak Grove Lutheran School may participate in this program after registering. Their TRIP Program earnings can be designated to one of the following options:
a. Their own family tuition reduction
b. Elementary Academic Programming
c. Middle School and High School Academic Programming
d. General Tuition Aid Fund
e. Grover Gold TRIP Program (This donation is used to increase the on- hand gift card inventory for the Grover Gold program.)
7. Friends of Oak Grove Lutheran School may participate in this program by purchasing gift cards. They may choose from the above options (see #5 above) along with:
a. The tuition of a particular family for that school year.
- Parents looking to the future and planning for the Christian education of their young children at Oak Grove Lutheran School can also participate. These families will be assigned an ‘account’ number, the monies earned will be held by the Grover Gold TRIP Program, and will be credited as a tuition payment when their child is enrolled at Oak Grove Lutheran School (see policies(*), #4).
