  • The senior and freshman girls will compete against the sophomore and junior girls in a flag-football battle of epic proportions between students of great character, possessed with wisdom beyond their years, and gifted with cat-like reflexes.
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26

2:30pm Buff Puff Volleyball Game | Gorder Gym: If you thought the fall of the Roman Empire was a big deal, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet! In a cat-and-mouse like game of fluid substitutions and strategies, coupled with the raw power of bumping, setting, and SPIKING, the young high school men of Oak Grove will battle grade versus grade for the honor of facing the Staff for the right to be called a Champion in what is sure to be a volleyball game for the ages.

2:15pm ALL SCHOOL Pep Fest | North Campus in Gorder Gym: The entire K-12 student body will gather to celebrate Homecoming! K-5th Grade students will be bussed to the North Campus. Elementary Families: Look for an email from Mr. Kading with more details. More information
 
5:00-6:45pm Grover HomeFest | Oak Grove Park: Grover HomeFest is fun for the entire family! Join us before the football game in Oak Grove Park for dinner from local Food Trucks (Twisted Spork and Jumbos), inflatable games, crafts, puppies from Turtle Mountain Animal Rescue, carnival and yard games, and time to connect with classmates and friends!
 
7:00pm Friday Night Homecoming Football Game vs. Hatton-Northwood: After Grover HomeFest, stick around to cheer on the Grovers as they take on Hatton Northwood under the Friday Night lights! During half time we will recognize the 2019 Hall of Fame class. Food Trucks will be available through half time along with treats and candy from our concessions stand! Gate admission for the game: $6 for adults, $4 for children (Oak Grove students are FREE!)
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28
8:30am-Noon Alumni Open House | Grover Grounds: This special event for Alumni and their families is a great time to register with the school, connect with classmates, and go on a campus tour. A continental breakfast will be available. We encourage all alumni to register and receive your 2019 Homecoming gift!
 
10:00am Homecoming Music & Worship | Scheels Center for the Performing Arts: This special combined worship and music event for the entire Oak Grove family will include and inspiring message and music from the Concert Band and the Oak Grove Choirs. We encourage all Grovers, past and present, as well as their families, to join us for this celebration of our rich tradition rooted in faith and fine arts.
 
11:45am Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony & Luncheon | Eid Center: Please join us in honoring and celebrating the 2019 Hall of Fame honorees, Marc Langseth (Class of 1969) and Dan Rosenfeldt (Class of 1973). This ceremony is open to the public and we hope that you’ll join us. Luncheon cost: $15 – Reservations are recommended. Contact Carrie Pierce at 701.373.7148.
 
8:00–10:00pm Homecoming Dance | Eid Center: All current high school students in grades 9-12 are invited to get Footloose in the Eid Center as we celebrate our friendships and this special place we call Oak Grove. Come with a date or a group of friends! Just be there! Dates from other schools are welcome, but are required to bring one form of picture ID (school ID or Driver’s License). $5 per person/$8 per couple.
