To All Current Oak Grove Families:

Do you have a child who is not attending Oak Grove yet?
Are they of the age to enter, preschool, pre-kindergarten, Kindergarten, 1st, or 2ndgrade?
Would you like to enroll them for the 2017-18 school year?

If you answered yes to these 3 questions, then we need to hear from you! Due to the high demand in these grade levels, we want to ensure that we are able to accommodate all of our current families’ needs. You can either contact us at deb.lackmann@oakgrovelutheran.com or by phone 701-373-7114. You may also complete the online application on our website https://oakgrovelutheranschool3073.schoolforms.org/.

If the student you are enrolling is going to be in preschool, pre-kindergarten, kindergarten or 1st grade we will also be requiring a $200 deposit to be received by February 1st, 2017. This deposit is non-refundable, however, will be applied to your tuition for the 2017-18 school year. If you have any questions, please contact Nicky Bogenreif in our business office at 701.373.7146 or nicky.bogenreif@oakgrovelutheran.com

Oak Grove's Student Referral Program

Help Oak Grove recruit new students and you will receive tuition reduction!

A new opportunity is available at Oak Grove Lutheran School to receive tuition reduction. Oak Grove families and employees who recruit students to attend school at Oak Grove will be eligible to have their own student’s or a designated student’s tuition bill reduced by $200 per student recruited. The tuition reduction would be applied to the tuition bill the semester after the new student has enrolled. It would be applied to the next year’s tuition bill if paid annually.

The recruiting family must complete a Student Referral Card and submit it to the Admissions Office. By signing the bottom of the card, the recruiter verifies that they have spoken with a family about Oak Grove Lutheran School and they are welcoming a call from the Admissions Office. All appropriate contact information must be supplied.

Terms and conditions apply; see the list below. If you have any questions regarding the referral program, please contact Director of Admissions Deb Lackmann at 373.7114. Student Referral Cards are available in the Admissions Office or in the school offices. We thank you for helping spread the good news about Oak Grove Lutheran School!

Terms & Conditions
  1. The recruiting party will initiate the action by obtaining a Student Referral Card from the Admissions Office. The recruiter will provide the Admissions Office with the necessary contact information. The Admissions Office will inform the recruiter when the student has been accepted to Oak Grove. The recruiter will be notified when the tuition reduction will be applied to their tuition bill or the designated student’s tuition bill.
  2. The recruiting party will have their or a designated student’s tuition bill reduced by $200 per student recruited.
  3. Students ineligible to be recruited would be those on mandated discounts such as children of Oak Grove employees, children of employees of Concordia College, sibling discounts and children of Lutheran ministers.
  4. Tuition reduction will be applied at the end of the first full semester a recruited student attends Oak Grove.
  5. There will be no actual money exchanged. The referral payment can only be applied to the student of the recruiter or to another student’s tuition bill.
  6. This tuition credit can be used by families who will have students attending Oak Grove in future years. The admissions office will track this amount for future Grover families and provide the family with a voucher for future use.
