Investing in the Oak Grove Experience

We are committed to helping families meet the cost of private education at Oak Grove Lutheran School. We believe our focus on strong academics, faith formation, and intentional service to others creates an educational experience unique to Oak Grove, where students can thrive as we prepare them not only academically, but spiritually and emotionally as well. An education from Oak Grove is an investment in your child’s future.

Tuition Fees & Payment

Our tuition and fees are based on the program level a student is enrolled. Oak Grove uses FACTS Management Company to facilitate its tuition collection. All families are required to sign up for an actively managed payment plan. This service allows you to pay in full or schedule monthly payments.

Tuition and fees are set each winter for the following school year, granting time for parents to apply for financial aid. If you choose to pay in full by August 15, you’ll receive a 2% discount on tuition costs.

Tuition Aid & Discounts

We offer a variety of financial aid options to help make Oak Grove an affordable option for your family. If finances are an obstacle for your family, please apply for Tuition Aid and contact our Business Office so we can work with your family.

Tuition aid and discounts are given in two categories:

Need-based Aid

Need-based aid is awarded in the form of grants and work study. Families apply for aid through the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment program. A personalized Tuition Aid package will be sent to your family upon completion of the application.

Merit-based Scholarships

Open to students entering grades 5-11 in fall 2022, merit-based scholarships are awarded on the basis of achievement and involvement. The application process for the 2022-23 school year is open now through April 24, 2022. Scholarships are awarded in the spring for the following fall; application deadlines apply.
