Dr. Lance Bergstrom graduated from Oak Grove in 1982. A salutatorian, he attended Luther College, graduating Phi Beta Kappa in 1986. He earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota with additional training in eye surgery. Lance has served as associate clinical professor at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and travelled the world treating those in need. As a member of the Board of Regents he was instrumental in kick-starting Oak Grove’s elementary school. A passionate believer in Christian education and servant leadership, Lance is involved with Boy Scouts, Youth Symphony and the Hugh O’Brian Youth Foundation.
