The 2000 boys’ basketball team, coached by Steve Carnal, finished their season with a undefeated record of 28-0 and a Class B Boys State Championship. The Grovers notably flew under the radar during the regular season and entered post-season as the top seed as they continued their win streak to the Championship. To quote Coach Carnal, “To make it through the District and Region Tournaments without a loss and make it to state is great. To win it all is a dream.”
