Beth (Coughlin) Zier received many academic and athletic accolades during her time as a student. She was a member of the National Honor Society and received math honor awards during her senior year. Beth lettered in basketball and track and was statistician for the boys’ basketball team. She was also involved in music, participating in band, Concert Choir and worship team. After graduation, Beth attended Pacific Lutheran Univ., and played on the JV basketball team. She was very successful running both cross-country and track, and set several school records. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a minor in Coaching. Beth has run in the Boston Marathon on three occasions. In 2007, Beth received her Master’s degree in Counseling and has a private practice. Beth is married to Mark Zier and they have two sons.
